Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 99y platform at 99y.club (the "Platform"), you ("User", "Player", or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the 99y Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time (collectively, the "Agreement").

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 99y (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

Eligibility

To register and use the 99y Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 99y strictly prohibits use of the Platform by persons under 18. Age verification documents may be requested at any time as part of KYC procedures.
• You are using the Platform in your personal capacity, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is unlawful.
• You have not been self-excluded from 99y or any affiliated gaming platform, and you are not subject to a court-ordered exclusion from gambling services.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee or director of 99y or any of its software, payment, or affiliate partners.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

The Company reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension pending verification.

Account Registration & KYC

To access real-money features of the 99y Platform, including deposits, withdrawals, and live betting, you must register an account. During registration and at subsequent points determined by the Company, you will be required to complete a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process.

Registration requirements:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and residential address.
• You may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or household members — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 99y login credentials. You must notify 99y support at [email protected] immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

KYC documentation may include:

• Valid government-issued identity document (CNIC, Passport, or NICOP)
• Proof of Pakistani residential address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., JazzCash or Easypaisa mobile wallet registered in your name)

99y reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, restrict account activity, or close accounts where KYC is not satisfactorily completed within the timeframes specified by the Company.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 99y Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in funds being held pending investigation.
• The minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published on the 99y Platform cashier page from time to time and are subject to change.
• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory KYC completion. 99y aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the cashier, but processing times may be affected by payment provider procedures, bank processing, or regulatory requirements.
• 99y does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges. USDT TRC20 transactions are subject to applicable network fees.
• Any deposit credited to your account that results from a payment processing error will be reversed. You are not entitled to retain funds credited in error.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on 99y is subject to the following general rules, in addition to the specific rules applicable to each game or sport:

• Cricket Betting: All cricket bets including PSL match betting, in-play wagering, and tournament outright markets are settled in accordance with 99y's cricket betting rules, as published in the relevant section of the Platform. Settlement is based on official match results as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB, ICC).
• Live Casino: The outcome of live dealer games (roulette, baccarat, blackjack, game shows) is determined by the physical result visible on the live stream. In the event of a disputed result due to technical error, 99y's gaming system logs are the authoritative record.
• Slots and RNG Games: Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) software, independently audited for fairness. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages reflect long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• All bets placed on 99y are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where an error is attributable to 99y's system.
• In the event of a manifest pricing or technical error, 99y reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to player accounts.
• Maximum winnings per bet, per day, and per event may be capped as published on the Platform. Bets placed in excess of published maximum stake limits may be reduced at 99y's discretion.

Bonuses & Promotions

99y may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all 99y promotions:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, minimum odds requirements, and expiry periods. These are published on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who have completed KYC verification to the level specified in the promotion terms.
• 99y reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion before amendment will generally be permitted to complete it under the original terms, subject to the Company's reasonable discretion.
• Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, arbitrage strategies, or any other technique designed to extract bonus value without genuine game play — will result in immediate bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Until wagering requirements are satisfied, such funds remain restricted and are subject to forfeiture if the account is closed.

Responsible Gaming

99y is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools to all registered players, accessible from the account dashboard after 99y login:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PKR. Increases to existing limits are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration alerts to receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary (minimum 24 hours) or permanent self-exclusion from 99y. Self-exclusion is activated promptly upon request and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Permanent exclusions are not reversible.
• Reality Check: The Platform may display time-on-site notifications at regular intervals as a responsible gaming tool.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99y Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering an account for the purpose of circumventing the single account rule
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration or KYC information
• Using the Platform while under the age of 18
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other mechanical means to access, use, or exploit any part of the Platform
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of manipulation of game or betting outcomes
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to place bets that would not otherwise be available
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity
• Engaging in any form of systematic bonus abuse or advantage play that 99y determines to be contrary to the spirit of fair play
• Attempting to access another player's 99y account without authorisation
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any 99y software

Intellectual Property

All content on the 99y Platform — including but not limited to the 99y brand name, logos, game graphics, software, interface design, text, and data — is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other use of 99y intellectual property is permitted without the prior written consent of the Company.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• 99y provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
• The Company shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• The Company's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant incident.
• The Company accepts no responsibility for your gambling losses. Gambling involves risk, and losses are a foreseeable outcome. You are solely responsible for your betting and gaming decisions on the 99y Platform.

Account Suspension & Closure

99y reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms
• KYC documents have not been provided within required timeframes
• The Company has reason to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• The player has requested self-exclusion
• Regulatory or licensing obligations require account action

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than breach or suspected fraud, any verified balance in excess of outstanding bonus wagering requirements will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of any required AML checks.

Players may also close their own 99y account voluntarily at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe following completion of any outstanding transactions.

Amendments to These Terms

99y reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact method on file (typically SMS to the registered Pakistani mobile number) and/or by prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulation.

Your continued use of the 99y Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws under which 99y holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform:

• You should first contact 99y support at [email protected] describing the nature of the dispute in reasonable detail.
• The Company will acknowledge your complaint within five (5) business days and endeavour to resolve it within 28 business days.
• If the dispute is not resolved through the internal process, it may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under 99y's operating licence.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
